Data displayed on this page takes a while to refresh, so please check back.

Rain amounts of multiple towns can sometimes be the same, possibly seeming suspicious to you. This is because raw data rain amounts are expressed as 7 decimal place numbers. So this site then rounds to only two decimal places. Hundredths of an inch is sufficient accuracy for our purposes.

The data is either pulled from NOAA's National Weather Service (NWS) MADIS datasets, or from another APRSWXNET database provided by the good folks at aprs.fi. Both sources pull from the APRSWXNET dataset, which is comprised of private home weather stations.
